- 1 large saucepan
Ingredients
- 2 lbs short spare ribs
Sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 15 oz can pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Broil or pan brown ribs to remove excess fat. Place in casserole dish.
- Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a full boil in a saucepan.
- Pour sauce over ribs.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 350 F oven.
