Equipment

  • 1 standard size Jello mold

Ingredients
  

  • 2 3 oz packages raspberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pint raspberry sherbet (approximately 500 ml)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 can cranberry sauce

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve Jello powder in the water.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • In a separate bowl, mash cranberries and add to Jello mixture.
  • Add sherbet and mix
  • Place in mold and allow to set in the fridge for 5 1/2 hours or until firm.
