Equipment
- 1 standard size Jello mold
Ingredients
- 2 3 oz packages raspberry Jello
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet (approximately 500 ml)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 can cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello powder in the water.
- Add lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, mash cranberries and add to Jello mixture.
- Add sherbet and mix
- Place in mold and allow to set in the fridge for 5 1/2 hours or until firm.
