Sour Cream Chicken

- 1 roaster
Ingredients
- 1 small chicken, cut up, or about 6 chicken pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 F.
- Place chicken pieces in roaster and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Roast with lid off for 30 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
- For a lower fat version, skin chicken and add the sauce right away.
