  • 1 9 inch round pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pretzels, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp mint, finely chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups Cool Whip

Instructions
 

  • Mix together pretzel crumbs and butter.
  • Press onto bottom of 9 inch round pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, juice and mint until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip.
  • Spoon topping over crust and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
