- 1 9 inch round pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup pretzels, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp mint, finely chopped
- 1 3/4 cups Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix together pretzel crumbs and butter.
- Press onto bottom of 9 inch round pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, juice and mint until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip.
- Spoon topping over crust and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
