Asparagus with Lemon-Tarragon

- 1 casserole dish or baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 garlic clove
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Cut tough end off each spear of asparagus and place spears on a greased baking sheet
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place baking sheet in oven about 4 inches from broiler. Broil about 7 minutes or until lightly browned and bright green.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
- Transfer asparagus to serving dish and drizzle with dressing.
