Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 small red onion
- 4 slices bacon, crispy or equivalent in bacon bits
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups miracle whip (depending on the amount of broccoli)
Instructions
- Chop vegetables and place in a large bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Best made a day or several hours ahead of time.
